Simple cupcakes tutorial:
1) Paint your nails 2 layers of white so that it is opaque. Cut thin strips of tape and place on nails AFTER the white has dried. Paint another color on top, about half way up the nail.
2) Use a dotting tool to touch up any spots where the under color may have peeled off (or where you find a bit messy).
3) Use a larger dotting tool and your third (icing) color. Make a large circle in the middle of your nail, followed by 2 smaller circles to the sides of that.
4) Use a small dotting tool and 2 additional colors to make sprinkles.
5) Finish up with a top coat.
6) Enjoy your mini cupcakes!
